He has held leadership positions spanning strategy, global growth, business development, and operations at a variety of high-growth EdTech companies, such as Renaissance Learning, BrainPOP, and most recently Beable Education.

Rebecca Bishop
VP of Pedagogy

Rebecca Bishop is Amplio’s VP of Pedagogy, responsible for all of Amplio’s clinical services aspects. A certified Speech-Language Pathologist from the University of Washington, Rebecca holds a record of more than 20 years of experience in speech-language therapy and aural habilitation, with specialization in hearing loss and cochlear implants, clinical research and other aspects of intervention & educational support for students with communication disorders.

He is specialized in setting product strategies for real-life challenges by leveraging data intelligence and delivering sophisticated solutions for businesses and end-users while bringing immense knowledge about product experience and user journeys.

Mikhal Katz-Francois

Mikhal Katz-Francois is the Chief Finance Officer of Amplio and General Counsel, responsible for the legal, compliance, financial and administration aspects of the company. She comes to Amplio with more than 16 years of experience in the legal field. Her previous roles include General Counsel to BrightSource Energy and associate in the commercial litigation and energy department at Day Pitney LLP. She holds an LLB from the Hebrew University and an LLM from New York University.

Elrom Silvera
VP of R&D

Elrom Silvera brings to Amplio more than 25 years of experience in Senior Engineering roles at leading enterprise and AI startup companies. With a track record of building successful mission-critical and innovative software products, Elrom’s expertise is in scaling startup ideas into major production applications and systems. Before joining Amplio, Elrom was VP of Engineering at Darrow AI, specializing in building smart algorithms and cyber tools, and at Phantom Auto, where he took the idea of Remote/Automatic Guided Vehicles (R/AGV) and turned it into a leading production system in the Autonomous Vehicle industry. Elrom also established Phantom Global Engineering (across the US, Israel, and Russia), including testing groups and manufacturing. As VP of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RoadMetric Ltd, Elrom managed the global engineering and algorithm groups — a role that featured projects requiring high-level Artificial Intelligence, multi-media systems, and applications aimed to provide surveillance and investigation solutions for intelligence and law enforcement units. Elrom was CTO for ONE Technologies, where he managed large development teams and oversaw each customer-centric strategy that provided complete IT solutions in one place, as well as the development of innovative cloud, cyber security, and penetration testing solutions. Prior to this, Elrom worked as VP of Engineering and CTO of StoreNext, a company that provides business communities with the knowledge to enable educated decision-making. He led the big data and BI analytics, and B2B products with an information flow of more than two million transactions per day. In one of his earliest roles, Elrom worked as a Senior Software Architect at Microsoft.
