Efficient intervention delivery
Amplio Reading Intervention not only digitizes the robust MTA and Esperanza programs, but also offers session planning and data collection tools. This simplifies the management and expands your district’s capacity for dyslexia intervention services.
Engaging student experience
Amplio turns intensive literacy intervention into motivational activities and exercises for students. The platform helps educators demystify complex literacy concepts, allowing students to practice and master skills at their own pace.
Multisensory Teaching Approach Curriculum
Built for students identified with dyslexia and their educators
Created by Margaret Taylor Smith, the Multisensory Teaching Approach (MTA) curriculum is grounded in the Orton-Gillingham method, providing structured, evidence-based instruction designed for students with dyslexia.
Through rigorous field-testing in diverse learning environments, MTA has proven to be a robust and effective resource for educators, supporting students’ literacy development and confidence.
Structured dyslexia support for Spanish-speaking students
Developed by Dr. Elsa Cárdenas-Hagan, Esperanza is the world’s only Spanish Orton-Gillingham program, designed to systematically support Spanish-speaking and bilingual students identified with dyslexia.
The curriculum supports mastery in reading, writing, and spelling by addressing phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. This structured approach provides a clear path to Spanish literacy for students, offering multiple opportunities to master essential skills.
״Amplio has done an exceptional job marrying today’s technology with a consistently successful program like MTA. The digital curriculum has afforded specialists like me additional time to provide the best online experience for students with dyslexia.״
